My family adds brown rice, chicken or protein and asparagus tips. You can add and try some new ways to create your own. It will store in the fridge for days. When time to serve add the avocado and dressing and your ready to go. Simple, Healthy and EASY!!!
Sunday, February 20, 2011 at 09:36PM Starting April 1st I will be available for training at the Green Microgym located at 34th and Belmont in the Southeast District of Portland. For those of you who have yet to read about these gyms you can visit the link below. I first read about the Green Microgyms on a Southwest Airline's publication years ago which was an article listing some of the nation's nicest, cleanest and now greenest gyms. Starting right here in Portland, they are revolutionizing the way we choose to work out and I am thrilled to be able to offer my services at this new location. While you do not need to become a member to work out with me at this location consider checking the specials being extended to the next to sign. There are also incentives for members to burn and earn their way to gift certificates and more.

In my last post I promised to print recipes to share and so far have gotten a little behind. However, I spotted this recipe online, tried it and I am forwarding it on to you. Pair one peanut butter ball with a side of veggies and you have a small meal.
Peanut Butter Balls
2 TBS All natural no salt added peanut butter
2 TBS Agave sweetener
1/2 cup vanilla protein powder low sugar naturally sweetened
mix the ingredients
Add:
2 TBS shredded cocoanut
1 TBS slivered almonds or raisins if desired
roll into small palm size balls and refrigerate to set
makes 3 balls.
